Thank you for your interest in YarnCon 2008!
We know many of you make and sell more than just items related to the yarny arts, but we are asking you to focus your selling towards these yarny crafts, and leave the other items behind this time. We're pretty liberal on what can be included in this show, but we do reserve the right to come by your table to ask you to put items away that are simply in no way related to the show. What can you sell? Yarn (of course), fiber for spinning, knitted/crocheted objects, tools, gadgets, books, patterns, or instructions related to spinning, knitting, crochet, and weaving are all right on the mark. Things like t-shirts that relate to these crafts are great, as are bags, cards, and gifts that tie into the theme. So, a belt buckle with the image of a ball of yarn, for example, is fine; a buckle with skulls is also great, but save it for your next show, please. Thanks for understanding. Download the application, fill it out, and send it in by June 15, 2008 for consideration. The vendor fee is $70 (without a table; $80 with a table). You will be sent an invoice upon acceptance, and all fees are due by July 31. The show will be held October 4 at the Pulaski Park Fieldhouse, 1419 W. Blackhawk, Chicago, IL.
