Check out the great vendors we had last year! We can't wait to see the line up for YarnCon 2009!
Arrow in Her Quiver There are so many knitting authors in our fair city:
We are thrilled to announce that Franklin Habit will be displaying the original drawings for his upcoming book, It Itches: A Stash of Knitting Cartoons. Are you ready for the new Mason-Dixon Knitting book? I know we are, and what makes it extra special is that it includes patterns by Chicago's own Bonne Marie Burns of Chic Knits fame. We're happy to announce that the authors, Kay Gardiner and Ann Shayne, will be at YarnCon with Bonne Marie Burns to sign copies of Mason-Dixon Knitting - Outside the Lines. The weather is getting cooler...do you know a dog that needs a cute new sweater? You're in luck, my friend! Corinne Niessner of Lucky Penny Handmade will be selling and signing copies of her new book, Doggie Knits. Wait until you see her fabulous doggie mannequins! Keep an eye on this page for updates to the list. The application deadline for 2008 has officially passed, but if you just heard about the show, email us to get on our mailing list. We'll keep you in the loop for next year!
